ABOUT THE LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL

BLOCKCHAIN SOCIETY

Our mission: to make blockchain, crypto, and web3 approachable for all.

The London Business School Blockchain Society was founded in 2021 to provide members of the London Business School community an open forum to learn and build in Web3. Our subscribing community has grown to 750+ members, showcasing just how much demand there is to learn about the blockchain space.

Our CORE PILLARS

We operate across four key pillars to offer members of the London Business School community opportunities to learn, participate, grow, and network on their web3 journey.

GOVERNANCE | “Participating”

Featured in CoinDesk, our Governance pillar manages our recognised delegation on leading DeFi protocol Aave and L2 blockchain Arbitrum. Our participation rate on each forum exceeds 90%.

RESEARCH |
“Exploring”

Our Research pillar showcases the intersection of academia and web3, and offers students a platform to explore, investigate and write on the most pertinent topics in-depth.

PARTNERSHIPS | “Community Building”

Our Partnerships pillar is focused on creating forums for members of the web3 community, in to interact with top talent at London Business School. To learn more, e-mail blockchain@london.edu.

EVENTS |
“Learning while Networking”

Our Events pillar hosts speaker events and networking sessions with companies and investors across the blockchain space. Past events include panels with Chainlink, start-up Demo Days, hackathons, and a Coinbase office visit.
